Why Choose Tabletop Group Therapy?

Tabletop Group Therapy offers a tailored made journey specifically designed to support pre-adolescents, 11-13, in building social skills. Our unique approach involves utilizing tabletop gameplay and narrative therapy to increase confidence and self-awareness, facilitate clear and direct communication, and provide opportunities to build collaborative skills in our clients.

After meeting individually with each participant, we will design and guide the group through an adventure aimed at reaching their goals.
